God's Sovereign Hand

God's Sovereign Hand is upon us. Knowing this sets our faith upon Him. Faith is believing , speaking and acting it! With this, our prayers will have prevailing powers. Nothing could stop us in acquiring our legal rights as sons and daughters of God.

We must know what we carry in us. Pray with selfless motives, having a vission and passion for others, for the Lord. Just like Hannah, when she prayed the prayer"Give me a child for you". After many years of being barren, finally she has come to a point when " it was enough, no more pain of not having a child!" There is where she began to pour out her whole self to God realizing that it is not her desire or for others, but it is for GOD's KINGDOM.

Uprising Generations

The "Looi's" Gals

This little boy really likes banana

Cute Chelsea, she is really photogenic

All this little cuties in my church.

Laffy's Day

Laffy giving "The Word"

Uncle Shien with the "big and small" kids

We have a special speaker to preach this Sunday-"Pastor Laffy"

Her sermon inspires:
How to advance God's Kingdom?
1)Connect to the destiny of God.
How are we to connect?
a)Connect to the set man of the House
Jeremiah 3:15 And I will give you Shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.

b)We are to submit under authority
Hebrews 13:17 Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief for that would be unprofitable for you

c)We must honor the man of God
Romans 12:10 Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another

2)We must change our mind thinking and mind set need to change.
Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

3)We must grow strong in the dimension of the Spirit and Word.
We need to flow in one frequency when the proceeding word comes, we must hold on and believe it and move on towards His Word. Build on nothing else except the Word of God.

4)To be a son ship of the house.
Whatever the set man has, it would be pass on to "SONS"
Legacy is more than inheritance that can be seen.
Legacy can be transfer; Inheritance is to be partake.

Laffy has been a tremendous blessing to everyone here in Triumphant Christian Centre, seeing her grow in spritual statue and being able to pass her legacy to the younger generations has impact many lives. Not forgetting Uncle Shien as well, a man with such tender servant heart. He is like a big huggy bear "Father" ..hahaha

Primary School Gathering

Hartamas Mamak

Emergency gathering! Was wondering what kind or urgent matters that requires us to get together. Teck Leong, your text makes people JUMP!..haha..anyway, its great to be able to get together at the last minute notice, as we always have gatherings when someone is back from overseas or going to overseas, outstation or festive seasons.
Getting together is just fun having to reflect back all the nonsense we did when we were younger! Each one has some mark of trade!

The "Kim's" Geneology

~The Origin of the surname Kim~

This is an interesting research done on our descendants
"Kim" is the most common Korean name, almost 22 percent of Korea's population carries this surname. In Korea unlike China and Japan has a far smaller number of surname. In fact the "big four" surnames-Kim , Park , Lee and Choi dominates the scene.

The big four surnames were adopted by commoners in the course of Korean history since these surnames were simply perceived to be of blue blood. These names were also sometimes bestowed upon loyal servants by royalty or nobility. The Kim and Park clans were royal clans of the ancient Silla Kingdom.

I know my grandfather came from Hainan Island (China), but way before my grandfather, it might have a way back geneology of history background from Korea until my ancestor migrated from places to places till we finally reach here in Malaysia !

Anyway, I am a Malaysian Now!

Beautiful Sunday

And finally we ended the day by working our minds off~Smart Money Game, we were all bad as most of us ended up in thousands of debts except Chee Kin and Nicholas. This two are from Damansara, the rest of us from Pinggiran...
Everyone was to0 hungry to look up here!
The Soup of the Day
The Speciality

Molasses Aubergine

Our Main Dish!

Best seller-chilli

Phoebe prepared all of it and I did the garlic only ;)

Dad washing the chicken
Phoebe peeling onions.

Dad decided to cook his "Special Hainanese Chicken Rice" for his spiritual sons and daughter. Early in the morning he has went marketing to get the kampung chicken and other ingredients. Seeing him cooking was just captivating..haha.."Man must at least know how to cook!" At least one dish, erm maggi mee does not count lah.

My dad started cooking from 2pm till 5pm, its a lot of work. My sister and me helped a bit in cutting, slicing, chopping, all the hard preparation, getting our tears and boiling hands from the onions, garlics and chillies!
We really appreciate the delicious meal, dad! Its the most yummy chicken rice! that Vincient said he wants to sell them~
Lets look out and look forward to it then.
