Phoebe peeling onions.Dad decided to cook his "Special Hainanese Chicken Rice" for his spiritual sons and daughter. Early in the morning he has went marketing to get the kampung chicken and other ingredients. Seeing him cooking was just captivating..haha.."Man must at least know how to cook!" At least one dish, erm maggi mee does not count lah.
My dad started cooking from 2pm till 5pm, its a lot of work. My sister and me helped a bit in cutting, slicing, chopping, all the hard preparation, getting our tears and boiling hands from the onions, garlics and chillies!
We really appreciate the delicious meal, dad! Its the most yummy chicken rice! that Vincient said he wants to sell them~

Hainanese Chicken Rice, come along with curry, I eat it every week in here, Tell Pastor to cook curry also... Now only I know. pastor can cook chicken rise. Enjoy.. happy family.
Hainanese don't eat curry with chicken rice lah. Curry is originated from Malay or Indian..
Anyway, my dad's curry is thumbs DOWN! DOn't ever ask him to cook curry..hahaha
